The days of ugly concrete cubes in the neighbourhood are finally over: SCHEIDT shows how it can be much nicer! Because with us you get a prefabricated reinforced concrete building in prefabricated construction made of C35/45 grade reinforced concrete. Realisable for almost all sizes in single-storey or multi-storey construction. With individual options to choose the shape and colour.

Both the façade - with pebble or rubbed plaster or clinker brickwork - and the roof: monopitch, saddle or hipped roof? Would you prefer a thatched roof? Or ... Even demanding architectural requirements can be planned and fulfilled using modern CAD technology. This gives you the freedom to design your concrete shell house ... because there are virtually no limits to the dimensions and geometries.

We manufacture the individual elements for transformer houses in the factory according to customer requirements and assemble them on site. Sealing systems from various manufacturers are available for the cable and pipe ducts. As with the walk-in stations, you can have a raised floor or a concrete floor - with appropriate cut-outs for the cable feed. Now it's just up to you to switch to the future via the switch house or building: with SCHEIDT.
