An extraordinary anniversary

Dietmar Grosser has been part of the Scheidt family for 40 years - an impressive anniversary that was duly honoured by colleagues from the Rinteln plant. Managing Director Georgine Scheidt presented him with a certificate of honour and a gift basket as a token of appreciation for his tireless efforts and great commitment.

A family history at Scheidt

Dietmar Grosser not only has close professional ties with Scheidt, but also family ties. His parents already worked in the company: His father was a foreman in Hall 2 and his mother worked as a cleaner. His three brothers have also left their mark on the company - his brother Frank is still employed at the Rinteln site today.

Particularly noteworthy: at times, Dietmar Grosser even lived in what is now Scheidt's office building on Galgenfeld. His life and work history is closely linked to the development of the company.

From the injection pipe to the assembly line

Grosser began his professional career in 1985 in the manufacture of compression pipes. From 1987, he was involved in the production of smaller, non-accessible transformer stations before becoming assembly manager for switchgear houses and large stations in 2001. Since 2007, he has also taken on the responsible role of safety officer.

Recognition for an exceptional achievement

Managing Director Georgine Scheidt honoured Dietmar Grosser as a key figure in the company:

"There is probably no one here who has been with the company for so long and has such close ties to Scheidt. Dietmar Grosser has not only achieved a great deal, but has also played a decisive role in shaping our company."

With 40 years of commitment to Scheidt and an impressive wealth of experience, Dietmar Grosser is a true role model. The entire team would like to congratulate him on this special anniversary!
